JRP Academy

The JRP Academy forms the umbrella organization that manages our various racing activities, including numerous support programs and youth development projects. As part of this we support both riders and teams with bespoke sponsorship schemes, supply equipment as part of technical partnerships, and develop both young mechanics and talented riders in our very own race teams.

Talent development

2020 we founded the JRP Academy Racing Team, aiming to provide a platform for young riders and mechanics to develop their skills in a highly professional and demanding, yet forgiving environment.

As part of this we supply riders with the necessary machinery and technical support to concentrate on their riding, whilst preparing mechanics for the challenges that await them in professional motorsport teams later in their careers.

As of 2023, the JRP Academy Racing Team is fielding three bikes in the FIM Austrian MiniGP Series and two in the Northern Talent Cup.

Next to the support efforts of our own race teams, we offer bespoke sponsorship schemes to both promising riders as well as the teams that support them.

Providing machinery and equipment, technical- operational- and logistical knowhow and support, as well as cash funding, we partner riders and teams from across Europe, competing from WSBK and MotoGP paddocks all the way down to club level.

We offer different partnerships to a wide range of organizations both in and out of our sport. These range from technical partnerships providing machinery and equipment, over sporting partnerships aimed at providing trackside support, and managerial cooperations to help apply the lessons learned in our high pressure industry to other equally competitive sectors.

Equally, our strategic partnerships with experienced companies operating in other sectors allows us to focus on the aspects we are strong in, whilst allowing others to concentrate on their strengths.
